Engagement
Getting hectic employees to book in and turn up.
The most successful campaigns consist of 3 elements: marketing, word of mouth and easy booking.
Marketing
Posters, desk drops, intranet splash pages - there are plenty of media. The trick lies in identifying the message that will grab our colleagues' attention and stimulate them to act.
One pharmaceuticals company handed out packets of pills which said 'If there was a pill that would make you great at influencing, would you take it?'. Inside there were some little chocolates and a note: 'Unfortunately, this pill has not yet been invented but we do have the next best thing, a 90-minute workshop'. 250 places were filled in 56 minutes.
Word of mouth
Whether it's going to a film, choosing our holiday reading or trying a new hairdresser, it's usually a friend's advice that we trust most. A powerful network of ambassadors can turn tepid interest into eager participants. Even better if the bosses are on board too.
Easy booking
Easy booking, targeted reminding and prompt follow-up with no-shows - maybe even publicise their names on the intranet. There are plenty of simple ways to get bums on seats, as well as minds on fire.
You can adapt one of the many existing campaigns or we can work together to develop one especially for you. It depends how you want to get engaged.
