Lead the way
The Mind Gym has certainly taken the first step on a mighty journey. It brings a new level of accessibility to the world of psychology, a series of bestselling books to the self-help market and a people solution to over 30% of the FSTE 100 organisations. But it is looking for more great people to join the journey.
The Mind Gym has almost doubled with the same sized client team. To continue impressing our clients and maintaining this growth rate we need more superstars who can seek out new clients and deepen our relationships with existing ones.
What you’ll be doing
As a leading light in UK’s fastest growing change consultancy, you will:
- Work with business and HR leaders in existing clients to understand their needs and discover whether/how The Mind Gym can help
- Steer your proposals through so they are accepted and have champions in all the right places
- Find new opportunities by building strong networks at senior levels across existing client organisations
- Guide the team to deliver an exemplary experience and measurable results for all your clients.
- Seek out, and build cherished relationships with leaders of organisational change and HR in potential, new clients
You are likely to be leading around five major client relationships and will be accountable for revenue as well as client delight and team support.
Who you are
You will have:
- A track record of growing revenue from business consultancy services
- At least 7 years commercial experience, ideally 3 of which include direct experience of delivering change in big organisations (FTSE100 or equivalent)
- Impressive academics (a good degree from a well regarded university)
- A passion for the people side of business
- Direct experience in OD/Change management would also be a significant advantage
What’s the deal?
Salary in the range £65k – 100k, up to 30% bonus, private travel, health, disability and life insurance, contributory pension scheme
