The Mind Gym is eagerly searching for client relationship managers to join the team and transform the way organisations make change happen.
The Mind Gym has almost doubled with the same sized client team. To continue impressing our clients (which include 30 of the FTSE 100) and maintaining this growth rate we need more superstars.
What you’ll be doing
Working for the country’s fastest growing change consultancy, you will be:
- Advising the leaders of the world’s most respected businesses on people development and change management
- Delivering new business from existing clients – networking around the organisation unearthing needs that The Mind Gym can meet
- Seeking out, and building credible relationships with brand new clients
You will become known in the HR/OD world as a pioneering thinker and use all the platforms you can to promote The Mind Gym’s latest thinking.
Who you are
Already a successful business advisor, you will have:
- A track record of growing revenue from business consultancy services
- At least 5 years commercial experience, ideally 2 of which include direct experience of delivering change in big organisations (FTSE100 or equivalent)
- Impressive academics (a good degree from a well regarded university)
- A passion for the people side of business
- An appetite to be part of a fast growing, entrepreneurial business
What’s the deal?
Salary in the range £35k – 60k, up to 30% bonus, private travel, health, disability and life insurance, contributory pension scheme
